The Scope
of Work (SOW)

Influencer Tier: CEG Agency will provide recommendations for 5-10 micro-influencers (10k–50k followers) based on the brand’s target audience and industry.
Vetting Criteria: We will guide you on selecting influencers with:
Engagement Rate: 3%-8% (industry-specific).
Demographic Alignment: Age, location, and interests that match your brand.
Content Relevance: Influencers whose content resonates with your brand’s values (fashion, fitness, beauty, tech, etc.).
Budget Allocation: The influencer fees are separate from this package and will be managed directly by brand.

Campaign Brief: Develop a custom campaign brief with your brand’s key messaging, product highlights, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).
Content Creation Guidelines:
Instagram Posts: 1-2 posts per influencer.
Instagram Stories: 2-3 stories per influencer.
Other Platforms: TikTok or YouTube (if applicable) based on your industry.
Content Approval: CEG Agency will work with you to approve influencer content before posting to ensure it aligns with your brand voice.

Influencer Outreach Guidance: While influencer compensation and direct negotiation are separate, CEG will provide outreach templates, strategies for managing influencers, and support in contract preparation.
Scheduling & Posting: Provide a structured posting schedule for influencers to ensure timely delivery of content, typically within 2–3 weeks of the campaign start.
Engagement Tracking: CEG Agency will monitor the performance of influencer content, including comments, likes, and shares, to ensure campaign goals are being met.

Click-Through Rate (CTR) for URLs or promo codes used in influencer posts.
